Will it start if you spray some starting fluid into the throttle body?
Check for spark and if you have spark then check your fuel pressure.

Check for ignition spark. Chances are good you will be replacing a bad ignition module after a short list of other parts to check.

While the car is running try ‘wiggling’ the key in the ignition, if the engine stalls when you do this replace the electrical portion of the ignition switch. You don’t need to replace the entire switch just the electrical portion that’s fastened to the back of the mechanical portion. This is a very common problem on Honda’s and causes the condition you describe.
