I’d still recommend doing the cooling system pressure test just to rule out the intake gasket issue.
I would be very cautious using carb cleaner on a MAF heated element. Compare those chemicals to electronics cleaner one day. Each to there own though.
As for your IACV, with it being a 4 wire stepper motor design, it would be handy to have access to a bi-directional scan tool to manually adjust the pintle position.
You could try tapping on the IACV with a screw driver while the vehicle is idling or even use a stethoscope to see if you can hear the pintle moving.
You may also want to search online to see if there is any means of testing the IACV with a DVOM at least checking for resistance.
