I don’t think the caliper and code are related but as suggested it could be that the caliper was hanging up causing the uneven wear.
I’m not sure on that model but perhaps that could could indicate a problem with the clock spring electrical connection under the steering wheel.
It’s interesting because the meaning I get for that code is this.
