2002 Dodge Grand Caravan destroyed Serp. Belt and Broken Harmonic Balancer

You mentioned that the engine is leaking oil – I think getting oil on the balancer is not the best thing and probably (over time) what caused it to come apart. When that happens it may have banged other things like the water pump pulley.
