Don’t fix what ain’t broke, words to live by if you asked me. As for the misfires start with the ignition system, it’s very important to use OE parts on Honda ignition systems so be sure to use NGK or Nippon Denso spark plugs and nothing else. If you don’t find any issues there you might check for vacuum leaks.
