your running lean. which means you have a fuel delivery issue or a vacuum leak. you can search for vacuum
leaks. also check fuel pressure. heres a video on how to search for vacuum leaks. when you did the power balance
test. did you do the coils and the injectors? if not try the injectors.you can use a spray bottle filled with water and squirt
