2003 Acura TL (220K Miles) On cold days when coming to a complete stop car idles rough.(Warm Engine)

It’s very common for the IAC’s to go bad on those cars causing idle issues, it will sometimes set a code but not all the time. Try tapping on the valve and if the idle changes I would replace the valve.
