2004 Honda Accord heater issue

I talked to the shop that recently did the 120,000 mile service on the vehicle. They flushed the radiator and replaced coolant. They believe the problem I’m describing involves the HVAC blend doors and have told me it is a lengthy, pricey repair. Suggestions?
