2004 honda accord v6 at fuel consumption issues

thats what im thinking sad thing is it still seems to be about the same mpg but i didnt get the tiny holes cleaned being i didnt even notice them at first so when theres a break in the weather i’ll clean them and hope it helps some what .thanks again every one
