your nearing the 100k mark. a tune up would be recommended. cap,rotor, ngk plugs,air filter( on the cap and rotor only use Honda OE parts)
clean the throttle body as you stated. the fuel injector service.also remove the egr valve and clean out the passages. keep us posted on your progress. C8-)
you might consider changing all the fluids.
