What happened to me was I needed to lube somewhere on the clutch pedal. I had this on a 91 civic btw.
What I did was put my hand on different parts to see if I can feel the vibrations…I eventually found it way up on the clutch. Then I just shot some WD 40 to be sure and then wiped it off and greased it with some silicone spray. Im sure there are better methods but so far its working.
