Sounds good. So it seems that i fixed the shifting issue and blinking “S” light by readjusting the neutral safety switch(contacts are almost down to the copper). The brake lamp still comes on, and when on wont let me shift out of park. You think it could be a lazy brake light switch or something on the pedal? I checked all the bulbs they all work when on dimmer and when pressed, no corrosion in sockets.
