    I have a 94 Accord LX. Lost power on the freeway. Distributor rotor not turning, so I thought it was broken timing belt. Removed valve cover to find belt not broken, cam pully turning, but cam not turning. Suspect valve damage, but wanted to know if there’s a way to fix whatever connects the cam pulley to the cam (before I pull the head)?
