1st thing comes to mind was my 87 Taurus. I had leaking booster on it, and replaced it. It came with a MC rod THAT NEEDED TO BE ADJUSTED to a spec. As the result, as I didn’t know that, I basically locked my brake system, as rod was pushing too far into MC causing continuous pressure.
You sure yours is set right?
Next, did you bleed ABS block?
And yes, I did have bad MCs outta da box.
