As many have pointed out you will likely fail or be rejected. The people that made up the emissions testing already thought of people clearing codes before testing. Therefore if all of the emissions monitors haven’t been run, you will be rejected until they are run. Clearing codes isn’t enough, the vehicle needs to pass all of it’s self checks to pass emissions.
