If you have a harbor freight around you can get a back pressure gauge from there pretty cheap. Also, looking at the scan data again, the sensor you say that is flat lined at 800 milli volts or so looks like the bank 2 pre cat sensor. Are you sure your looking at the Datable right? If it is a pre cat o2 their is a problem. Do you have a propane bottle to put into the intake to see if the 02s will read rich? Then take off a big vacuum line to see if the 02s will go lean. Try that out before replacing anything. Wouldn’t want you to waste your money.
