I can’t speak about your vehicle specifically, but I can tell you what you’re in for in general…
If there’s ever going to be a seized or rusted part on your vehicle, you’ll find it holding your suspension on. And once you do get the control arm off, you’re left with the task of removing the bushing itself. That procedure often requires a bazillion-ton press, or an oxyacetylene torch. That’s why a lot of parts makers offer control arms with pre-installed bushings. That way you can just swap the whole arm, which is much much easier.
Maybe your model of Jeep isn’t so bad. Or maybe there’s some slick tricks you can find on a Jeep forum… but in my experience, replacing bushings often leaves me swearing like a truckstop during a pump fire.
