If it’s turning over fast like it doesn’t have compression and wont’ start it’s possible it’s flooded. Try cranking the engine with your foot to the floor on the gas pedal. This will put it into ‘clear flood mode’ which will disable the fuel injectors. You might also want to pull the spark plugs to see if they are wet with fuel, if they are then you may have no spark as you suggest but it may also mean that you’re flooded. Dry the plugs out or replace them with NGK’s and then try the clear flood technique.
