Re: dead end after engine swap please help

So I dropped the car off at the shop earlier this week, They started working on it yesterday, havent heard from them yet, its funny though, the day before I took it I checked over everything, the only thing I found was a burnt out fuse for ENG EMIS just a 15 amp fuse, I changed it and the check engine light went off, the car still ran the same though. The car sat overnight and when I started it to drive it to the shop it ran real rough, then it seemed to correct itself on the drive over. It all of the sudden ran really good I still took it in to make sure that was the only problem plus it needed to be inspected, new tires, and the turn signals were acting goofy, I think it is just the switch and not the wiring harness because I have heard that they go bad?
