Wish I had better ones, but with all the codes pointing at the intake, have you tried the vac leak testing yet? Perhaps, yanking the MAF and cleaning it out(with MAF cleaner)?
Otherwise, datalogging is my only other suggestion. Just to see if it’s getting/doing everything it otherwise should. That doesn’t yield anything, yeah, I’d probably take it to a dealer that you trust (slightly) to see if they can either reset it, or just tell you what the issue is.
