ok checked the 95 ford explorer today. checked fuel pump relay checked good checked fuel pump fuse checked good. check wiring good. just for the hell of it pulled the pcm relay and put in a known good one and heard fuel pump come on and it started right up. but than i put the old relay in and it started up too is that funny or what any ideas?
