Hey guys, sorry it took me so long to give everyone an update. I’ve been busy riding my now fixed bike lol.
Anyways, I tried what McWicked stated and gave a little more restriction to the vacuum lines (by pinching them one at a time) to the point where the needle only vibrated between a couple tics. Worked perfectly! Found out #3 was way off, adjusted it, now the bike runs flawlessly.
