01 Integra LS Timing Belt Tensioner

Hi Eric,
I have a 2001 Acura Integra LS manual(84K miles). A couple of years ago I had a new timing belt and water pump put on. However they did not put a new timing belt tensioner. When I accelerate I hear a squealing noise. I want to change the timing belt tensioner to eliminate the noise. Since the timing belt and water pump was changed I only put probably less than 300-400 miles on the car. If I change the timing belt tensioner will I have to change the timing belt and water pump again? Also is there a video or instructions on changing the timing belt tensioner? Thanks.
