Hi Guys, My 1994 suburban runs fine on the highway but it stalls out when stopped at traffic lights. I don’t see any obvious vacuum leaks but one thing I did notice as I see is liquid gas droplets being sprayed in the throttle body and I don’t think I’ve seen that before is this normal? Also gas seems to be pooling in the top of the passenger side injector. I don’t remember being able to see gas droplets coming out of the bottom of the injectors. I thought it was more aerosolized than that. I’m sorry the video is not more clear, but if you look closely you can see all the gas. Advice? Thx Pop

To be honest, I’m not quite sure how to test those injectors. I have rebuilt those TBI’s before, but only because the pressure regulator wasn’t working. That vehicle should at least have OBDI, do you have a check engine light while the vehicle is running?
No check engine light, but I did find the o-rings for the leaking injector were toast. I replaced o-rings, and injector no longer leaks/pools gas.
However, once the engine is warm. the truck still stalls out at traffic lights as soon as you give it the gas. The onhly way to avoid stall is to rev to about 1500 rpm in neutral and then drop it into drive.
I will hook up muy scanner and see if there are any codes even though CEL is not lit.
I read somewhere that a clogged catalytic converter is also be a possibility for the symptoms you described. Check around for vacuum leaks, too.

You may want to check fuel pressure. Those injectors should be spraying a mist pattern. see if this link helps.
