      My civic will still run the motor for at least 60 seconds after the key was removed, and found it dead and all the lights were on when I charged it (key was out of the ignition). I suspect that it is the ignition switch or cylinder, but I am unsure

        You will need a wiring diagram and need to trace the circuits when the issue is happening. When you say all the lights were on, is that interior or headlights or both?
