      I have a code p1399 with random misfire on cylinders 3 and 4.. I just did a valve adjustment, spark plugs and wires. There is an exhaust leak at the manifold. What could I do from here?

        Assuming you did these things after the code showed up.
        Might check for a blocked passage in the EGR system
