1999 Nissan Altima with low idle

I have a 1999 Nissan Altima that seems to idle low after it warms up and especially when it’s in gear. It’s a automatic transmission and I did try cleaning the throttle body but didn’t seem to help much. Should I try cleaning the Mass air flow sensor or the idle air control valve or could this be caused by a vacuum leak?
