How is the van running? Do you have a check engine light? How many miles? It COULD be a lifter noise (I’m not sure what engine is in the vehicle), which would be irritating, but not extremely damaging. If it is an overhead cam engine, the valves could need adjusting. If the shop you took it to said it was not a problem, and didn’t try and sell you anything, why are you concerned? Just trying gather evidence to help you.
The van doe not over heat or burn oil it loudier when it is cold but it sttil there when van is warm up
Without hearing the noise it’s impossible to say for sure but here is a video that I did on finding noises that may help you find it’s location.
I remember reading about a Caravan (I forget what year exactly) that had what sounded like a lifter noise. The guy who was working on it checked everything in the top end of the engine and everything checked out just fine. It turned out to be the number 2 connecting rod was knocking, which was making it sound like a lifter tick.
Do you have the correct oil in it for your temp where you live?
It’s hard to tell from the video what your talking about.
How many miles are on it?It sounds like valve train noise.
I would first check the oil level and as suggested above, make sure you at using the correct viscosity.
If you thinking you may have an oil pressure issue, i would use a mechanical oil pressure gauge and see what the exact readings are.

I used 10w30 mobil 1 oil in van and i have it change every 3000 miles the oil is full. I live in alliance nebraska pandhandle.
I am a retired bnsf railroad engineer i do not know much about working on car.
Being handicap from job i was concern van wasn’t save to drive to the doctor out of town.

The 10w30 vs 5w30 only matters in the winter. The w is the winter weight, and that’s not a huge difference, unless it’s like negative degrees outside.

if you rev the motor does the sound get worse? if you drive it does it sound like marbles in the engine? you only have 6,000 miles on vehicle.
