Heya Guys and Girls! Hello from australia! this is my first post on ETCG forums, after spending many zounds of hours watching Eric’s Videos, and learning much, and relearning what i thought i knew, ive finally decided to bite the bullet and actually make a forum account!

So, down to the matter at hand,

My sister recently decided to sell her old car, and go for a honda, after hearing from me nonstop about how sweet honda’s are as an car/motorbike/lawnmower/generator, im somewhat of a honda fan i must admit, and currently own more honda products then most people would consider healthy, i even have honda Pyjama’s!

She purchased a 2003 Honda Jazz 1.3L (also known as a honda FIT in america etc) and although it was in mint condition, with a full factory logbook, no accident history, the only gripe she has is it has no Aux port, or USB, or Bluetooth etc installed, so she is stuck using the speaker built into her android, or her daughters iphone, to get music other then the radio.

My question is, does anyone know of, or have the found a way too, order a factory accessory to have this functionality? I drive a 1994 Honda Accord, and the first thing i did was rip out the 21yr old Rusty and barely functioning CD-player (yes, the original purchaser shelled out for a CD player!) and installed an aftermarket Pioneer 6.1″ LCD 2din bluetooth & USB ready Stereo, along with new speakers, an amplifier, sound deadening on half the panels, the whole works. She was hoping to keep the car fairly stock and original looking, as its in such good condition, so she doesnt want to go to that length unless its an absolute last resort.

I guess the long and short of it is this: is there a kit available from Honda to make this possible? if not, is there a reputable aftermarket system to add this functionality? or, am i going to have to whip out the old soldering iron, calculator, breadboard, and build a custom module capable of doing this?

I have had a bit of a googlefest attempting to find information on Honda Dealer Websites, aswell as the manufacturers own website, but so far no luck 🙁
can anyone point me towards a more useful parts/accessories online lookup for Honda’s? unfortunately, down here in the great outback, we are somewhat backwards when it comes to the car scene, our local auto stores only stock stuff to suit Fords and Holdens, which is kinda lame.

Hope i didnt make this too confusing, any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated my fellow ETCG lovers! thanks in advance!
