hi so i have a question on a 2003 lancer, my heater blower only blows on high when i go to turn it lower it just doesnt blow anything i was wondering if you could tell me what could be wrong and give me some ideas on how to fix this Thank you!

Blower motor resistor is bad. Buy a new one, they’re usually cheap and easy to get to (usually)…

+4 or whatever, that’s the classic symptom of a bad blower resistor or transistor assembly.
