Just changed all brake pads and driver side rotor.When replacing original disc it was rusted on solid. I had to remove all five studs and spray Release-all between disc and hub.Disc finally came off. Now when I apply brakes at 70 kmh the car starts to vibrate and the vibration increases where entire driver side vibrates. At 20 to 40 kph car is ok when cold but after five minutes the problem starts. Everything has been cleaned and lubricated. Is it possible the new rotor has warped. 🙁

I would expect you’d feel a warped rotor through brake pedal pulsation, but you haven’t mentioned it.
Did you replace the removed studs with new studs, or did you re-use the old studs? Because of the rusty condition you describe, the old studs might be “necked down” in the disc area, allowing the disc to chatter when the brakes are applied. Aside from that, the studs will be weakened and that particular wheel is in danger of departing the vehicle.
If you replaced the studs, perhaps they didn’t seat properly in the hub and are loose, which is just as dangerous as the first condition.
Either way, that wheel should be removed and the studs checked before the vehicle is driven again.
