I recently just purchased a 2009 Volkswagen EOS and noticed that when I go from park to drive and let my foot off the break, the car engine “jumps” and will continue to do so if i keep my foot off of the gas. Once you get going, this problem stops. I have a video but not sure how to upload.

I would first check both the engine and transmission mounts. You didn’t say what engine you have, but if it’s the 2.5L 5 cyl, check the dogbone mount on the transmission.
