2012 Chrysler Panoramic sunroof leaking

I have a 2012 Chrysler 300, and I have been getting a leak at the rear left corner of my sunroof. I detached the headliner and put water down the outer channel and the water went directly down the drain tube. Then I noticed a hole in the plastic drain channel leading to the drain tube. When I ran the water into the sunroof track, the water flowed through the hole onto the headliner, down the pillar and under the rear seat. Is there supposed to be a plug in this hole?
