2013 Jeep JK jerks and stalls frequently at red lights after it reaches operating temp. Already replaced all coils and plugs. No check engine light. Any suggestions?

You could check for:
Fuel pressure
Proper EGR valve operation
Dirty throttle body
What you really need to do is to be viewing live data when it occurs to give some direction.
