I will try to start my 2014 NV200 Van and it turn over once and then it will go dead. The display lights in dash doesn’t work and radio doesn’t work and turn signals, windshield wipers, power mirror’s don’t work. Headlights do work. No codes to tell you it a electrical problem. Then other times it will start up with no problems.

Considering the information given and that pretty much all accessories and starter fail to operate.
My guess would be a faulty ignition switch.
But there could be a faulty wiring connection that could cause the same issue.
Suggest you check powers and grounds under the hood and at the ECM are clean and tight.
If that all checks out, using a DVOM test out the ignition switch and wiring.
This all started when I left cables off of battery for more then a day changing the battery out with a new one. Could this cause this problem?

Like I stated, check the cable connection and ensure they are all clean and secure.
Check for voltage drops.
Might also inspect the cables themselves for corrosion / damage under the insulation.
