      At the last days of April I had an opportunity to sell my ´01 Chrysler Sebring for a good price and after that I needed a new ride.
      First I was interested in a Chrysler 300M, but my offroading friend told me to by a “real” car, so I did 😉

      ´95 Laredo with a stunning nose V8 engine, A/C, cruise, electric seats etc.

      Fitted with a 46RH tranny and a 249 transfer case powering a Dana 35 LSD at a back and Dana 30 in the front.

      [url=http://www.upload.ee/image/4601366/IMG_20150329_161126.jpg]

      The first order was the fluid changes – did them all. After couple of days I noticed a differential fluid leaking from the real axles, so I had to change the axle seals.

      So far I have also changed:

      *new rims and summer tires
      *PCV hoses
      *tranny and transfer case seals
      [url=http://www.upload.ee/image/4767625/IMG_20150603_151536.jpg]
      [url=http://www.upload.ee/image/4767626/IMG_20150606_153218.jpg]
      *soldered the VIC to get rid of the false messages and connecting the radio and speakers correctly
      *new brake pads and rotors to the front
      *new handbrake shoes and springs etc – the “old” view
      [url=http://www.upload.ee/image/4712168/IMG_20150507_153532.jpg]
      *new CV boots
      *water pump
      *new A/C pump and system fill – the old had a bad piston lock up, I think from running the pump dry of oil
      [url=http://www.upload.ee/image/4805938/IMG_20150626_132559.jpg]

      A little offroad with my street tires :cheer:

      [url=http://www.upload.ee/image/4699914/IMG_20150501_180047.jpg]

      Now I just have to give her a 3´ lift, 242 transfer case and some bogger tires B)

      Also the rear diff is making some whining noise so I think that´s the one thing I have to let professionals to fix. Really like to work with this car, so simple you just need a big hammer and a brakerbar to get thing off/on 🙂

      Any advise for the car would be grate 🙂

                      Random stalling sometimes:

                      One day I can drive 100 miles, no problem – some days stalls 5-6 times in a few miles.

                      Changed the CPS, checked for grounds,terminal connections ,cleaned PCM plug, changed temp sensors etc. – stalling still.

                      Now changed PCM capacitors – let see how it works. Never got a check engine light when stalling to help me out.

                      PS! I would like to kick the engineer in the mouth who placed the CPS in that location :angry:

                        You sure put some work into the Jeep. Love those Grands, greats vehicles. I got myself a Liberty with a few goodies and my dad has a 2000 Grand completely stock. Want to get my hands on it and lift it and put some bigger tires, but he wants it stock. Boring. Enjoy it.

                          Thanks Mutaz, good to hear that someone reads the thread 😛

                          Finaly found the stalling reason – bad PCM, after changing it, no more stalls – also the outer temp display shows real temperature.

                          For no reason I changed all the sensors of the car for 350€ and finaly it wanted a 50€ PCM from a scrapyard car :angry:

                          At least I got a new winch in front of the car and a spare sensors for the rest of this cars life B)

                            Haha…you live you learn I guess. You could try to sell them on eBay or something. Keep up the good work. I would like to see some more Jeep builds on here. You know what they say, once you get a Jeep you can never go back.

                              Dont see the point of selling them, its good to have them, if I have new problems in the future or if someone local needs them ASAP I can borrow them.

                              Got some front axels with u-joints:

                                Took away the rear sway bar, and finally adjusted the e-brake.

                                Changed the rear LCA axel side bushings:
