Auto Window Only works once

Hello! I have a 2004 Pilot and my auto up/down window works great once I reset it, but only until the key is removed from the ignition, then it stops working. The power window still works great. I know this window regulator/motor was replaced a few years back before I got the car and it seems a little slower than the factory one on the passenger side, could either of those things have anything to do with it?
