Got a code for camshaft position circuit, tested it and replaced it. Is anyone familiar that this would cause a crankshaft position sensor to go off? Got a code right away for the crankshaft sensor.

    Suggestions?

What were the codes you are getting? What make, model and engine?

The first code was P0340 Camshaft position circuit malfunction.
Code 2 after camshaft position sensor replacement is P0335 crankshaft position

Originally engine had low oil, which is common for these cars to cause a bad cam sensor
