Got a Kia Rondo 2011 and Ive changed the lower control arm, the sway bar bushings and sway bar links, and today changed the suspension and shocks. But still when i go on rough roads it clunks and when full lock turning it makes squeaking. I did drop little bit the subframe to have more access to the sway bar bushing but i didnt drop it completely and i did torque everything to specs. So i dont know what else it can be?

Ball Joints! Check for upper/lower ball joints, look at the boot condition, for any play. Lift the front end, place on jack stands, grab the wheel at 12 o’clock and 6 o’clock, and tug at the wheel to feel for play. Also place a long pry bar under the wheel and pull up to see if theres play at the ball joints. Hope that helps.
