Hello everybody!
I have a 1987 dodge raider with a G54B 2.6L engine the motor is done. Also the wire harness is toast because of mice chewing through wires. I have a 1990 ford ranger with a 4.0 L(both are 4 wheel drive) and I would like to take the compete wire harness with motor and tranny and install it into the Dodge Raider. They only made Raiders for 3 years so the parts are getting hard to come by( Plus almost everybody Ive talked to has never even heard of the vehicle) My question is does anybody know of the calculations I need to weld new motor mounts( do I just level the motor and weld?) and if I need new calculations for adjusting the driveshaft with the new tranny to adjust any differential problems I might have. I could get another 2.6L but I cant find short blocks for sale and I dont wants the cylinder head with jet valves. I would appreciate any help
