I’ve got a 96 Chevy K1500 5.7 clean and solid truck that I love.
It’s got 181k on the engine and it has engine issues as follows:
#1 cylinder= 150 psi
#3 = 170 psi
#5 = 140 psi
#7 = 75 psi, leakdown through intake
#2 = 85 psi, leakdown through exhaust
#4 = 60 psi, leakdown through intake
#6 = 120 psi
#8 = 135 psi
No codes and engine runs surprisingly smooth with just a hint of a miss when warm. I know I need to do my head’s but what could be the cause lower compression in 5,6 and 8?
