My car makes a whining fan-like noise when I turn the steering wheel left. The sound comes every week or so, lasts a day or two, and then disappears. The sound only happens when I drive below ~40 MPH. The sound is coming from the front-right side of the car. Does anyone know what this might be? It’s a 2020 Hyundai Accent. ~21k miles.
