If it is a bad winding in the fuel pump motor.
Next time it fails to prime, using a rubber hammer, hit the bottom of the tank a few times then see if the pump then primes.
If it does, you’ll need a new fuel pump.That makes sense! I’ll try it. These intermittent electrical problems are the worst…
