I don’t know how to fix cars, but I have a small part of my brain that thinks I can. I’ve always enjoyed “tinkering” around with stuff, but never on cars. My current ride is a 2005 Ford Escape (170,000 miles), that I sadly neglected for far too long. However, I’ve changed my ways and I want to learn more about repair and maintenance. Last fall, I replaced the brake pads, and I just recently replaced the spark plugs and top air intake manifold gaskets. Future projects include replacing shocks and struts, replacing broken windshield washer reservoir, and replacing fog lights. I also want to go through the entire maintenance checklist and get back to speed. I look forward to learning and sharing my progress.
