I have a 2004 manual Honda Element, after replacing the alternator and starter by removing the intake and throttle body. The idle rpm stay between 1650 to 1900. It won’t go down any even the car is warm up or driven for a while. Anything is when the car coasting to stop (in neutral ) the rpm will shoot up to 2800-2900 until the speed is down to 5mph or less. The rpm will do the same (went up to 2800 to 2900)when the car start rolling (again in neutral). I recheck everything, everything seems to be in the right place and all the bolts seems tight. Any idea? Battery is less than year old fyi
