    When sitting still with the A/C on, RPM’s drops to 700 instead what is supposed to increase to 800 to compensate for the AC. No issues when driving but wen coming to a stop IDLE RPM drops again to 700rpm.

    Try cleaning the throttle body first. Idle air control valve could be the other reason.
