2006 Honda Accord V6 3.0 engine. Driving at 65MPH and the timing belt breaks. Towed the car to my house and put on a new timing belt (had a tough time figuring out TDC on number 1 cylinder). Did a compression test and found number 1 cylinder had 90 PSI while all the other ones had over 180. I did not start the car, just cranked it with all the plugs removed. What can I test next? Should I remove the valve cover on cylinders 1,2,3 and loosen the cam bolts and run the compression test again?

Might try a leak down test on that low cylinder.
If there is a damaged valve you should be able to pin point it.
