Hi my car is Suzuki 2014 SX4 S Cross manual. AC was and still (4 months ago to till now) blowing icy cold air. But noticed the compressor engage like on for 10 seconds and then off for 10 seconds cycle while the engine temperature gauge was between the middle and coldest level with the lowest fan speed and lowest temperature set. I never turn up the highest fan speed cause the AC was good enough to keep the car cold.

A few days ago I went for re gas and the situation about the engaging of compressor still the same 10 seconds cycle. But when I set the highest fan speed and lowest temperature with the warm/hot engine temperature compressor on about 15-17 seconds and then off for about 5-10 seconds cycle. Is this all normal or the signs of the issue? Thanks in advance.

Increasing the cooling load of the system will increase the run time on the compressor.
