      05 acura rsx. I have no dash lights, no crank/no start and the transmission is locked in park. Battery is fully charged with good cables and connection. The brake lights work. Starter bench tests good pulled all the fuses and all fuses both under the hood and under the dash are good.

        Given your description I would check to see if power is going into and out of the ignition switch first.
