OBD Code Reader

I don’t know too much about cars but I do some simple DIY stuff. So my question is ” Which OBD code reader do you recommend for someone like me”? I have a “check engine light” on my 1998 Cadillac Deville and i’m interested in buying a code reader. I don’t want to spend no more than $200 on one. I just want to be able to fix some of this stuff on my own. With so many choices out there, I thought you guys might be able to point me in the right direction before I go out and spend the money. Thanks for your time.

I recommend you should buy a FOXWELL NT301 that has multi functions like check engine light & O2 sensor test data. It also costs cheap.
